  Terrible service. Very rude. Dishonest. Brought him bracelet for a small repair on pickup charged me twice more then he promised (I noticed it only after checked my receipt-didn’t even tell me). Owner told me that I cant find a better price for such job. I got better estimate in a first shop. DON’T GO TO THAT PLACE, around a lot of honest, polite professional jewelry shops.

  After talking to the sales person(who told me there was different measures of ounces'?) I was told that 1oz Kruggerand was worth 800. Called a different store and they said and 1 ounce is an ounce and offered about 10% less then market trading value. Market value today is around $1072 they offered $975. Don't let Michael Hayes Jewelry FOOL YOU they will rip you off.
